Ben is of the Absentee Shawnee and Seminole/Creek tribes. He has lived in Oklahoma all his life. He served in the U.S. Army. He is a graduate of Oklahoma Baptist University earning a bachelors degree in Business Management. He answered the call to ministry at Indian Falls Creek in 2007 and was ordained in 2009.
Ben is employed with the Sac & Fox Nation. He is married to his wife, Elsie (Sac & Fox and Filipino) who is a member of the Native Praise women’s choir and employed as an elementary school teacher. They reside in Shawnee and have one adult son.
Ben has previously served as a pastor, church planter and Native American ministry strategist. He enjoys preaching and teaching at various camps and conferences. Ben is currently pursuing his masters degree with Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, Fort Worth, Texas.
