Ben is of the Absentee Shawnee and Seminole/Creek tribes. He has lived in Oklahoma all his life. He served in the U.S. Army. He is a graduate of Oklahoma Baptist University earning a bachelors degree in Business Management. He answered the call to ministry at Indian Falls Creek in 2007 and was ordained in 2009.
Ben is employed with Seminole State College as a student success specialist. He is married to his wife, Elsie (Sac & Fox and Filipino) who is a member of the Native Praise women’s choir and employed as an elementary school teacher. They reside in Shawnee and have one adult son.
Ben has previously served as a pastor, church planter and Native American ministry strategist. He enjoys preaching and teaching at various camps and conferences.
